Jody Rose is the president of Hack.Diversity, an organization she cofounded when she led the New England Venture Capital Association. Hack.Diversity, now a separate nonprofit, helps break down barriers for Black and Latinx technology professionals in Boston. Rose began her career in cable and telecommunications and has since held executive-level roles at enterprise corporations and startups.
Rose holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from SUNY Old Westbury and received honorary degrees from Mount Ida College and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
